But it’s very smart to ask if your property professional is actually walking the walk…and I am! I bought my first property at age 30 and in the following 13 years, I’ve added 10 more to my portfolio.

I use the same property selection strategies for myself as I do for my clients. Plus, I work with the same builders, developers, property managers and mortgage brokers

Who pays you and how do I know your advice is independent?

Great question!
I am paid in a very similar way to mortgage brokers. There is no upfront fee for my services that my clients need to pay. Instead, I get a commission by developers, only when my clients buy a property that I have recommended.

I choose the development opportunities that align with your goals and budget. To do this, I work with my trusted network of property professionals across Australia. This way, I don’t have to churn through stock from a single location or developer.
