I\u2019ve been working in property for about 20 years now, and the one thing I see over and over is new investors being told there\u2019s a \u201csecret\u201d to investing in property.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

I\u2019ve seen a lot of misinformation and misleading marketing in my time, centred on the idea that if you just pay enough money someone will share this secret with you. I\u2019m sure you know the type \u2013 the sleek, slick agent throwing out buzzwords like \u201cwealth creation\u201d and promising they can help you make millions.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

I want to let you in on the real secret: property investment isn\u2019t rocket science.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Of course, having access to the right information from a network of experienced professionals makes a world of difference in securing the best opportunities. But I firmly believe there is no \u201csecret\u201d to successful property investment. There\u2019s no magic formula and you shouldn\u2019t have to pay money to someone to unlock the key to being a successful investor.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
